Una de nuestras fortalezas radica en tener siete unidades en diferentes regiones del pa\u00eds, lo que nos permite tener una presencia regional con articulaci\u00f3n nacional e internacional.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-qubely-column qubely-column qubely-column-front qubely-block-cf4bb7\"><div class=\"qubely-column-inner\">\n<p>De los 294 proyectos desarrollados en 2019, 35% de ellos contribuyen al conocimiento para el bienestar social de la poblaci\u00f3n y el 14% se orienta al desarrollo socioecon\u00f3mico del pa\u00eds. A consecuencia de la violencia delincuencia que azot\u00f3 Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez en estos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aportes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-default wp-block-list\"><li>Identifica las condiciones de viudas y hu\u00e9rfanos desde una perspectiva estructural e hist\u00f3rica, para que con base en este conocimiento se definan acciones puntuales como parte de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas a largo plazo.<\/li><li>Ofrece las bases para la incorporaci\u00f3n de la sociedad civil en la atenci\u00f3n de esta poblaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Ayuda a conocer las acciones con gran impacto provenientes de la sociedad civil y de organismos como el Comit\u00e9 Internacional de la Cruz Roja.<\/li><li>Construye con informaci\u00f3n emp\u00edrica el concepto \u201cpoblaciones triplemente vulneralizadas: por ser v\u00edctimas de violencia delincuencial, por ser pobres y por ser invisivilizados por las autoridades federales, estatales y generalizaci\u00f3n de los v\u00ednculos entre actores estatales y civiles, legales e ilegales en la organizaci\u00f3n de diferentes actividades delictivas.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Se verific\u00f3 un proceso por el que muchas actividades informales e ilegales que, otrora se realizaban de manera pac\u00edfica, ahora se organizan entorno a relaciones mediadas por la violencia.<\/li><li>La organizaci\u00f3n de la migraci\u00f3n hacia Estados Unidos y la movilidad de la poblaci\u00f3n que normalmente circula entre el noreste mexicano y el sur texano, se ha visto trastocada por el hecho de que los territorios (como carreteras, brechas y cruces fronterizos) se disputan entre miembros del crimen organizado y agentes del Estado.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
